Reporting to: HR Administrator - Department: HRBP - Job Location: Santiago Chile Office - Travel Required: Rarely **Company Overview**: Mainstream Renewable Power is a leading developer of renewable energy projects worldwide focusing on onshore and offshore wind projects as well as emerging renewable technologies. Mainstream will construct and operate renewable energy assets globally and is committed to delivering its projects to the highest safety standards. * Summary of Role: * entrepreneurial and fast-moving organisation. * What will you do?* Your responsibilities will include: - Carry out HR administration (record keeping, employee details, movers & leavers forms etc.) - Invoice payments - raise purchase requisitions and purchase orders - Draft contracts and annexes for all new hires and for all changes throughout the year - Draft finiquitos for all leavers - Process all medical licenses - Liaise with external providers on all administration requirements regarding healthcare, pension etc. - Register all new employees with the relevant insurance forms and maintain changes - Follow up on vacation approvals (signed forms) - Send required information upon request - Assist in the organization of HR related events - Generate timely reports **What we require?** - Formal qualification in HR - Minimum 1 year experience working in the HR department - Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills - Ability to work with and handle confidential information - Excellent reporting and IT skills including Microsoft office.
