Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role:

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with contracted services to logistic operator in the main activities related to receiving, storing, delivery, inventory, return, conditioner and destruction processes and ensure the process of receiving and storage according to the times defined.
- Management and delivery to customers complying with the parameters of time, quality, cost, service and security.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciliation with the SAP system, minimizing losses and differences. Supervise and monitor returns process in order to conduct the closure the process on time.
- Ensure the conditioner process according to the prioritization and the times defined, supervise the preparation of products to destruction.
- Verify and validate the monthly billing logistics operator, prepare management control reports KPI's & BSC and ensure the creation and update the SOP and WI according the global guidance and aligned by local QA.
- Coordinate and supervise the implementation of annual, cyclical and selective inventories with our 3LP and of their reconciliation and reporting within defined time periods.
- Ensure the correctly management of deviations related to W&D activities. Coordinate and supervise the implementation of annual, cyclical and selective inventories with our 3LP and of their reconciliation and reporting within defined time periods.
- Lead and supervise the destruction process (end to end). Managed and control the correct allocation of W&D cost according the annual budget and participate in the process of renewal and qualification of Logistics Operator or other vendors related to W&D process.
- Provide excellent service to internal and external customers, maintaining a communication channel in both ways and providing information that allows the Sales and Supply areas to have the necessary information to take appropriate action when necessary.
- Coordinate and ensure business continuity related to CS processes: PO entry, provisions according NVS policies, guidelines, or SOPs, retained orders in the Credits / BPA / RA areas, to expedite the process and timely delivery of orders to the logistics operator, ensure preparation of key reports when applicable, coordinate requests for Credit and Debit Notes, for cases and concepts that are derived directly from the billing process, follow up on the different claims received and ensure prompt response, ensure agile decision making processes when applicable

**Minimum requirements**
- Minimum 3 years related functional experience required, desirable experience in project management positions or in multinational supply chain processes.
- Fully bilingual (English/Spanish).
- SAP domain, deviation handling, order management, Inventory management.
- Multitasking, Organized, Interpersonal and organizational Savvy, operational excellence, goal oriented, presentation skills
