Supply Chain Coordinator

**The Position**

Holds responsibility for Logistics and Foreign Trade, to meet Novo Nordisk goals in terms of product availability on time within approved budgets in compliance with our policies and external regulations.

Drives the relationship and be the primary point of contact for distribution partners and wholesalers in Chile.

**Main responsibilities**
- Develop and propose plans and new solutions for continuous process improvements in the current supply chain setup in Chile
- Drive Digitalization agenda within supply chain including insight generation and process optimization
- Managing the day-to-day operation and relationship with 3PL (Third-party logistics) and Vendors (Customs Broker /Freight Forwarding agents) and looking for ways to optimise these relationships across the business and driving improvements in services offered. Act as key point of contact for the vendors
- Responsible for the Foreign Trade administration (imports/exports): ensures that all appropriate paperwork is properly filed with Customs, and that we operate in compliance with all applicable laws and guidelines. Also responsible for the O2C (order to cash) process in the affiliate and monthly Internal Controls (ICQ)
- Participate actively in the S&OP process in the affiliate and manage stakeholders involved in the process; Also keeps the quantity of inventory on hand in line with company policies, thus improving working capital and/or achieving optimal inventory holdings; Monitor inventory level of FG and communicate status; Maintain records of inventory movements and timely information

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Economic sciences or Foreign Trade) and supply chain background desired
- +4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Supply Planning, Imports/Exports & Customer Service (Sales Administration) preferably in pharmaceutical industry is ideal but not essential
- Managing customer/supplier relationships
- Strong communtications skills eg ability to build coherent storylines and communicate recommendations and findings
- Advanced level of English & Spanish - written & spoken
- Technical knowledge of Foreign Trade affairs; MRP/ERP system (SAP)/ Interface w/vendor
