**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced Senior SEO Manager for our client to oversee their SEO department and manage multiple accounts of their clients. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who can develop innovative SEO strategies, test new approaches, and optimize the team’s performance for exceptional results. You will build upon our proven strategies, leveraging data from successful campaigns to achieve outstanding outcomes.

**Background in a digital marketing agency is required.**

**Experience working in the home services niche is a plus.**

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Develop and lead SEO strategies, focusing on Local SEO to boost search visibility for multi-location businesses, especially in the healthcare and dental sectors.
- Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles, ensuring accurate and engaging information for all locations.
- Build and maintain local citations across relevant directories, ensuring NAP data consistency.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing actionable insights.
- Create and optimize localized content, including landing pages and service descriptions, to drive local traffic.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and tailor our client's services to meet their expectations.
- Conduct SEO audits and implement improvements to enhance performance.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate SEO with broader marketing efforts.
- Stay updated on Local SEO trends and algorithm changes to adjust strategies proactively.

**Who Are We Looking For?**
- **3+ years of hands-on experience** in SEO, with proven success in a similar role.
- Expertise in Local SEO strategies, including Google Business Profile management.
- Leadership experience managing and guiding an SEO team.
- Proficient with SEO tools like SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics.
- Deep understanding of SEO best practices, search algorithms, and local SEO tools.
- **Experience in the home services niche is a plus.**:

- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
