**About the Client**:
Our client is a prominent digital marketing agency based in the USA, seeking an experienced SEO Manager to join their team. They work with local businesses to help grow through digital platforms. They are dedicated to expanding their team with top-tier talent.

**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated** SEO Manager** to lead our client's SEO department. In this pivotal role, you will take full ownership of the SEO strategy and execution, with a particular focus on **Local SEO**, as well as manage client accounts and relationships. You will spearhead initiatives to enhance local search visibility, drive organic traffic, and ensure top rankings across local search engine results pages (SERPs).

**Background in a digital marketing agency is required.**

**Experience working in the healthcare niche is a plus.**

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Develop and lead SEO strategies, focusing on Local SEO to boost search visibility for multi-location businesses, especially in the healthcare and dental sectors.
- Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles, ensuring accurate and engaging information for all locations.
- Build and maintain local citations across relevant directories, ensuring NAP data consistency.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing actionable insights.
- Create and optimize localized content, including landing pages and service descriptions, to drive local traffic.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and tailor our client's services to meet their expectations.
- Conduct SEO audits and implement improvements to enhance performance.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate SEO with broader marketing efforts.
- Stay updated on Local SEO trends and algorithm changes to adjust strategies proactively.

**Who Are We Looking For?**
- **8+ years of hands-on experience** in SEO, with proven success in a similar role.
- Expertise in Local SEO strategies, including Google Business Profile management.
- Leadership experience managing and guiding an SEO team.
- Proficient with SEO tools like SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics.
- Deep understanding of SEO best practices, search algorithms, and local SEO tools.
- **Experience in the dental or healthcare niche is a plus.**:

- **Background in a digital marketing agency is required.**:

- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.

**Working Hours**:9 am to 6 pm MT

**Salary**:USD 1800 to USD 2000 per month
