**What You'll Do**

You will be working with a 100% remote team to develop and maintain AI software systems in an integrated way. This encompasses the full software lifecycle — from initial concept and prototyping to development, testing, deployment, and ongoing operations. You'll have the opportunity to:

- Bring Data to Life - Implement sophisticated data-driven algorithms and models across diverse projects that transform raw information into actionable intelligence
- Ensure Excellence - Conduct in-depth data analysis and rigorous model validation to guarantee robust, accurate, and trustworthy AI systems
- Build the Infrastructure - Develop and optimize seamless data pipelines and ETL processes that form the backbone of our AI ecosystem
- Craft Quality Code - Write elegant, efficient, reusable, and reliable code that stands the test of time and empowers future innovation.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- 3+ years of professional Python software development
- Professional level English
- Collaborative techniques (Github, project management software, time logging, etc)

**Beneficial Skills**:

- LLM / ML / AI experience
- Software architecture knowledge and design
- PyTorch / Tensorflow / Keras / Pandas / Jupyter
- SQL / NoSQL / Vector databases
- Unit testing and testable software design
- Pycharm / Cursor IDEs
- Knowledge of cloud computing environments
- CI/CD deployments using containerisation
