Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (LATAM | Remote) We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer based in LATAM with strong English communication skills and deep experience across Microsoft/Azure technologies, modern web stacks, and secure software delivery. This role emphasizes AI-augmented development, exposure to agentic AI concepts, and effective collaboration within multi-disciplinary, distributed teams. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications using modern frontend and backend technologies. Develop and integrate services on Microsoft Azure (compute, identity, data, messaging). Apply secure coding practices and participate in DevSecOps workflows. Contribute to systems involving AI agents, orchestration, tooling, or evaluation. Collaborate with product, data, AI, security, and DevOps stakeholders. Participate in architecture discussions and mentor less-experienced engineers. Communicate clearly in English across written and spoken channels with US-based teams. Required Qualifications 10+ years professional software development experience. Strong English proficiency (spoken and written). Proven experience working with US or global teams. Full-stack proficiency with: Backend: .NET/C# and/or Python Frontend: modern JS frameworks (React, Angular, or equivalent) Experience with Azure (App Services, Functions, Containers, Identity, Storage, or similar). Strong Git workflows (PRs, code reviews, branching strategies). Solid understanding of: SDK integration Demonstrated use of AI tools in daily development. Awareness of agentic AI concepts (tools, memory, orchestration, personas, evaluation). Experience working in cross-functional teams (engineering, product, AI, security). Preferred / Nice-to-Have Experience with: Infrastructure-as-Code (ARM Templates, Bicep, Terraform) Containers and orchestration Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions AI evaluation, safety, or guardrails RAG, vector databases, or LLM tooling Prior mentorship or technical leadership experience.
