The professional will provide technical support to the Business Development unit during the entirety of the development process of its renewable energy project pipeline working alongside teammates from all disciplines within the company both locally and abroad. The role requires good theoretical knowledge of mechanical and physics concepts related to renewable energy and fluid dynamics as well as a high willingness to learn fundamental skills to conduct project development. Amongst the required tasks are:

- Assist with layout design from early conceptual to final construction-ready stage.
- Assist in analyzing technical documentation from WTG suppliers to help conduct proper project design, site suitability assessments, site-specific power curve selection, and Turbine Supply Agreements.
- Assist in met station management and remote sensor siting and installation, including instrumentation selection, for greenfield development or acquired projects.
- Provide technical insight on different development activities, such as land lease negotiations, environmental assessments, permitting processes, financial evaluations, among others
- Study and maintain awareness of industry-leading methods, practices and standards (Local and International).

**Requisitos**:

- Strong desire to learn technical skills in renewable project development.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Geophysics (meteorology specialization) or related degrees with good theoretical background in fluid dynamics.
- No experience is necessary, however experience/knowledge of wind energy is a plus.
- Knowledge of meteorological flow, technologies and forecasting is desired.
- CFD modeling and mesoscale model knowledge is a plus.
- Familiarity with meteorological data collection equipment (Lidar/Sodar/Met Mast), including data loggers and instrumentation.
- Ability to communicate technical or meteorological concepts effectively to a broad spectrum of technical and non-technical internal audiences, and to document them in concrete and understandable terms.
- Advanced knowledge of the English language is strongly desired as the professional will require constant communication with Norwegian Wind & Site unit.
- Desire to work in a multicultural and international environment with constant communication and interaction with other teams as well as external parties.
