Senior Technical Business Analyst

**Job Title: Senior Technical Business Analyst (BSA)**

As a Business Systems Analyst at AAXIS Digital, you will play a critical role in analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and designing efficient, effective, and scalable solutions. Your expertise in gathering requirements, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and translating business/functional needs into technical specifications will be instrumental in driving successful project outcomes.

- Collaborate with a multitude of stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.
- Work with cross-functional team facilitating requirements gathering sessions,

workshops, and interviews to elicit and document business and system requirements.
Analyze detailed system factors, including input/output requirements, information and process flow, data, integration, controls, security, and performance needs.
- Lead business and IT teams in the analysis, design, development, and implementation (set-up, testing, support, training, and improvements) of systems.
- Conduct impact analysis and feasibility studies for proposed system changes or enhancements.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure accurate and comprehensive understanding

of requirements during the development process.
- Conduct a thorough analysis of existing systems, workflows, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Create and maintain documentation, including use cases, user stories, process flows, and data models.
- Collaborate with the engineering team, quality assurance teams, and the functional delivery

manager (FDM) to ensure that user stories and changes are delivered to production with appropriate coordination and training.
- Create testing artifacts and lead functional testing, validation, and acceptance of the system.

Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality and ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Provide training and support to end-users during system implementation and post-implementation phases.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Effective communication and collaboration in formal/informal settings including strong presentation skills.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior-level associates/team members.

Your Background...
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science.
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
- Strong understanding of business analysis principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Solid knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Experience in gathering, and documenting business and system requirements.
- Proficiency in creating use cases, user stories, process flows, and data models.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences in written and non-written format.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, creative, efficient, and an active listener with the ability to coordinate and prioritize work.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of the UI/UX concepts and technologies (HTML5, CSS, Usability).
- Experience in e-commerce implementations (B2B/B2C) or complex software development involving Front End and Back End.
- Consultative approach driving the customer in a continuous improvement process during the complete project cycle.

Bonus Plus
- Familiarity with digital technologies, e-commerce platforms, and CRM systems is a plus.
- Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of Azure cloud methodology and resources, including Mongo DB, is a plus.
