**Team Description**

As part of the team, you'll play a key role in SumUp's growth in Chile. We're a diverse group working with Acquisition. Together, we devise innovative strategies to grow SumUp, attracting new customers and keeping existing merchants excited about our products. We're looking for a CRM Analyst II that will work hand to hand with other CRM analysts, performance specialists and growth marketers to help us grow our card readers sales and other products all over the country.

**You will**
- Be responsible for developing and executing CRM marketing strategies, especially lead generation, cross-selling and up-selling.
- Improve all of our automated customer journeys and create new ones in the context of a sales-driven strategy.
- Routinely analyze and report on the performance KPIs of all CRM communications to generate insight, find improvement opportunities.
- Work together with other departments in various initiatives to grow sales.
- Establish relationships with SumUp's CRM counterparts in other countries to benchmark what they're doing and solve common problems.

**You'll be great for this position if you have**
- Solid E-mail marketing experience.
- Solid CRM experience in customer acquisition.
- Experience with journeys automation through different outbound channels (E-mail, SMS, Whatsapp, push and In-app notifications).
- Experience working with salesforce's Marketing Cloud platform and all of its modules: E-mail studio, Automation studio, Journey Builder, Mobile studio, Analytics Builder, Einstein y AppExchange is preferred.
- Data skills: Basic SQL and Excel are a must. Programming in any language is a plus.
- Full professional English proficiency is required.
- Good marketing skills, understanding how prospects think and why they buy.
