**What We're Looking For**

This is a hybrid position and works out of our Santiago, Chile office

**What You'll Do**
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and accruals to ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
- Collaborate with external accounting firms to prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the implementation of best practices within the finance department.
- Other tasks and projects as assigned.

**The Skills You'll Need**
- Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, with a strong understanding of GAAP principles.
- Familiarity with accounting software and account reconciliations, experience with Nestuite is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and G-Suite, with advanced Excel skills preferred.
- High level of integrity, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Bilingual English / Spanish required.
- Previous travel or industry related experience is preferred
