**What You'll Do**
- Account Reconciliations
- Monthly Accruals
- Post Journal Entries
- Audit Support
- Accounting Analytics (Flux Analysis)
- Experience with accrual accounting, including the ability to manage expense recognition, prepare and review accrual entries, and ensure proper period-end financial reporting, working closely with AP and Procurement to record expenses and review contracts, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Perform month-end closing processes, including preparing and analyzing accounting entries and reconciling various income statement and balance sheet accounts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, adhering to GAAP standards.
- Support the preparation and facilitation of annual financial audits, ensuring all documentation and records are compliant and accurate.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate accounting processes, enhancing efficiency and internal controls.
- Present financial findings and insights to finance leadership and collaborate with business partners to deliver process improvements and solutions aligned with company objectives.
- Other duties, as assigned

**The Skills You'll Need**
- Previous travel or industry related experience is preferred
- **Bilingual English / Spanish required.**:

- 3-5 years of Corporate Accounting experience
- Proficient working with Excel
- Focused self-starter
- Effective communicator and team player
- Ability to adapt quickly and excel in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Attention to detail
- Reliable internet connection
- Experience with NetSuite, FloQast, Coupa, and/or Alteryx preferred.
