Nos encontramos en búsqueda del próximo **FP&A Finance Manager **para importante empresa proveedora de minería.

**Objetivo del cargo**:

- Asegurar la disponibilidad de la información financiera de gestión en forma oportuna.
- Dar apoyo en la toma de decisiones, incluyendo tanto información histórica de gestión como proyecciones del negocio.
- Entregar soporte y control financiero de los procesos de nuevos negocios, retención y promoción de los procesos de gestión local.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Planificación, coordinación y ejecución del proceso de presupuesto y de las estimaciones periódicas de resultados.
- Planificación, coordinación y ejecución del cierre mensual de gestión y reporte al grupo.
- Proveer información financiera relevante para la toma de decisiones, tales como análisis de resultados incluyendo explicaciones de variaciones vs. períodos anteriores y proyecciones previas del período, coordinación de nuevas proyecciones considerando el entorno del negocio, coordinación y ejecución de análisis de situaciones particulares a requerimiento.
- Generar y actualizar una base de datos de costes e indicadores para el apoyo y control financiero de las propuestas comerciales.
- Apoyo en la confección y seguimiento de los presupuestos comerciales en procesos de licitación, tanto para nuevos negocios como para retención.

**Requerimientos**:

- Profesional Universitario (Contador, Auditor, Contador Publico o Ingeniero Comercial).
- 5 años de experiência en funciones similares de Supervisión o Gerencia.
- Experiência en Industrias de Minería, Manufactura, Energía, Alimentos y Farmacéutica.
- Habilidades en metodología de control de gestión, planeamiento y finanzas.
- Conocimiento técnico: manejo P&L, reporting.
- Microsoft Office - Excel Avanzado.
- Experiência en SAP.
- Ingles: Avanzado (hablado y escrito).
- Modalidad de trabajo: Presencial.
