This individual will help to design and implement the company’s digital adoption and experience initiatives, to ensure that our organization is getting the most out of our digital assets. As a Digital Adoption Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for helping the business as a whole strategically drive adoption and engagement with our enterprise software. You will work closely with stakeholders throughout the organization, including Operations, HR and L&D, to develop and execute a holistic strategy based on value and impact with a strong focus on the Users Digital Employee Experience.
- Must Haves:

- Strong technical experience working in at least of the following:

- WalkMe or building in another Digital Adoption Platform ( some competitors include: Apty, WhatFix, Userlane, Spekit)
- Domo (data visualization tool similar to Tableau)
- MS 365 Power Platform—specifically need to have been automated flows in Power Automate
- Solid understanding of Html, jQuery and CSS
- Experience building a product—could be learning design products, building apps, building out marketing content.
- Soft skills:
- This team works largely asynchronously. This person needs to be a self starter and feel comfortable asking questions if instructions are not clear
- This person will be presenting on calls with senior leadership—they don’t have to be great facilitators but they need to understand that is an expectation of the job
- This person is not an order taker. We understand the business problem and consult the business. This person needs to feel comfortable asking detailed questions and pushing back on our customers if their initial request in not the most optimal solution
- Nice to Haves:
- Anyone with a background in data analytics, behavioral design, user experience or learning and development (in that order)
- Any business experience related to our industry (staffing, recruiting, HR, L & D)
- Strong understanding of full suite of MS 365
- Experience working with adjacent learning or automation products
- RPA experience
- The typical pay rate for this position is $37.50/hour to $55.29/hour. The rate is negotiable depending upon experience and location.Benefits are available to contract/temporary professionals, including medical, vision, and dental, and life and disability insurance.
