**Job Description**:

- Assist the onsite Contract Manager in the following tasks;
1. Study contract documents
2. Organize and maintain correspondences logs
3. Organize contractual correspondence & documents as received & submitted
4. Type letters
5. Participate in meetings and prepare minutes of meetings
6. Analyze labour documents submitted by Contractors/suppliers
7. Analyze contractual documents for Payments Applications.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Civil engineering discipline, or Architecture
- Experience assisting Contracts Management in related fields
- Takes ownership of deliverables with the ability to work independently or as part of a wider group.
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiation, influence and persuade others.
- Systematic and detail-oriented
- English business proficiency - Able to write and read
- Excel/Google Sheets Advanced Level

The recruited person will assist the Contracts Manager who is part of the Owner´s representative Team of Client´s Datacenter Services. The key stakeholders will be
- Client´s Program Manager
- Cost Manager
- Contract Manager
- Scheduler Manager
- Estimation team
- Payment Control Team (External)
