**About the job**

In this role, you will require a deep understanding of building crypto wallets, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle. You’ll collaborate with developers, designers, and leadership to define product roadmaps, align on requirements, and launch new products, all in the field of crypto-wallets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Product development and Roadmap: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering to delivery and post-launch analysis. Define user stories, acceptance criteria, perform backlog management and workflows for development teams.
- Technical Expertise: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable product requirements. Evaluate technical solutions and prioritize features based on technical feasibility, business impact, and customer value.
- Conduct extensive market research, including customer discovery to understand the value proposition of our product.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, validate and deliver solutions.
- Quality & Delivery: Ensure product features are delivered on time and meet quality standards; organize testing and feedback loops.
- ** 5+ years of product management experience** with at least **3 years in a technical product management role**.
- Past experience in building or managing crypto wallets with DeFi features.
- Excellent communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Expertise in agile methodologies - Jira, Asana etc.
- Strong understanding of microservices, peer-to-peer systems, Javascript.
- Strong organizational skills to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Skilled in defining, tracking, and reporting on product KPIs to measure success; expertise in A/B testing or similar experimentation methods is a plus.

**Nice to have**:

- Hands-on development experience with JavaScript (e.g., frameworks like Node.js,

React, or Angular).
