Vice President, Infrastructure Investment and

As a Vice President in our team, you will be involved in investment of the Macquarie Capital balance sheet as principal in infrastructure projects and companies across Latin America, encompassing both greenfield project development, including PPP/BOTs, and brownfield principal investments, including core+/value-add infrastructure, spanning the transport, water, social, logistics and digital infrastructure sectors.

As a Vice President, you will oversee a team of Analysts/Associates responsible for:

- Working closely with the senior management team to originate and execute transactions
- Reviewing and analysing commercial and technical factors associated with development projects, legal and commercial due diligence, as well as participating to the development, negotiation and documentation of the commercial aspects
- Overseeing and supporting workstreams, structuring of the project financing solution, including preparation of project finance financial models Underwriting investment opportunities involving our platform
- Conducting industry and market research and preparing/presenting materials for client meetings
- Working alongside our partners and co-investors, negotiate contracts, and be involved in the internal investment approval process

If you have an outstanding academic record in a relevant discipline (finance, engineering or law would be looked on favorably), strong understanding of project finance modelling and 7-10 years of relevant experience working on public-private partnerships, concessions and project finance procurement, with exposure to project contractual documentation, we would love to hear from you. Relevant experience developing digital and data infrastructure projects will be considered as an advantage. Being fluent Spanish and English is required.
