Empresa de Administración edificios, en proceso de ser un referente y líder regional en los servicios de Administración Edificios & Comunidades se encuentra en búsqueda de una persona para el cargo de Atención Clientes (enfoque a Customer Service) con el fin de garantizar el cumplimiento de los compromisos, desarrollo de tareas administrativas y soporte a las distintas comunidades que administramos actualmente.

OBJETIVO DEL CARGO

Ejecutiva/o Atención clientes - Customer Service se enfocará en gestionar y representar el servicio de atención al cliente, actuará como enlace con todos los propietarios resolviendo sus dudas e inquietudes, efectuara seguimiento a requerimientos de Comite, proporcionará información sobre circulares informativas periódicas a la Comunidad y apoyara las urgencias que clientes puedan tener respecto a eventos o consultas extraordinarios.

DENTRO DE SUS PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES SE ENCUENTRAN
- Gestionar solicitudes por redes sociales, correo, WhatsApp, códigos QR, mensajes y llamadas entrantes.
- Efectuar seguimiento y cierre al estado de los requerimientos y su calendarización, futuro registro en CRM.
- Identificar y evaluar las necesidades de los clientes para lograr su satisfacción.
- Coordinar reuniones de visita a terreno de Administración.
- Crear relaciones sostenibles y confianza con los clientes mediante la entrega de información precisa, válida y completa usando los métodos y herramientas generados por la empresa.
- Atender los requerimientos de clientes, ofrecer soluciones y alternativas adecuadas dentro de los plazos, realizando un seguimiento para garantizar los resultados.
- Llevar un registro de las interacciones con clientes
- Seguir procedimientos de comunicación, directrices y políticas.
- Asegurar que se brinden adecuados manejos y soluciones a los reclamos y quejas de los Cliente tanto externos como internos.

REQUISITOS MINIMOS
- Formación universitaria o técnica en Administración de gestión, Publicidad, MKT o afín.
- Mínimo 2 años de experiência comprobable en atención al cliente o experiência como representante del servicio de atención al cliente (deseable en rubro Inmobiliario).
- Manejo computacional: usuario intermedio (Office, Excel)
- Familiaridad con sistemas de gestión de relacionamiento a clientes (CRM, por sus siglas en inglés)
- Habilidades para trabajar en equipo bajo presión, capacidad trabajo multidisciplinario y enfoque a la excelencia y los objetivos.
- Grandes capacidades para mantener contacto telefónico y para la escucha activa.
- Excelentes capacidades de comunicación y presentación.
- Habilidad para realizar múltiples tareas a la vez, priorizar y gestionar el tiempo de forma eficaz.
- Mostrar preocupación por su presentación personal. Tener una presencia agradable y acogedora con las personas.

Sueldo Líquido Mensual: $600.000 en periodo plazo fijo $800.000 en periodo indefinido (después de 6 meses). Bonos adicionales por nuevos proyectos.

BENEFICIOS

2 días de teletrabajo al mes. Horario intensivo hasta las 15:00 días previos a Semana Santa, Fiestas Patrias, Navidad y Año Nuevo.

Bono recién nacido $50.000 líquido. 2 días adicionales por nacimiento de hijo(a). 2 días adicionales por matrimonio o acuerdo de unión civil. 1 día libre por mudanza. 2 días adicionales por fallecimiento. Flexibilidad por permiso consulta médica. Snacks para el personal. Jornada laboral de 40hrs semanales lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 18:00 hrs (1hr colación)
