- Comunicar las necesidades y solicitudes de los clientes a las áreas correspondientes dentro de la empresa.
- Mantener una comunicación activa y regular con los clientes para proporcionarles actualizaciones sobre el progreso de sus pedidos a través de llamadas telefónicas, reuniones presenciales o virtuales.
- Revisar y confirmar que todas las órdenes de compra realizadas por los clientes hayan sido correctamente registradas y procesadas en el sistema interno de la empresa.
- Procurar que los pedidos sean entregados puntualmente y cumpliendo con los requisitos especificados por los clientes en términos de cantidad, calidad y plazos de entrega.
- Analizar y prever la demanda de productos alimenticios semanal, considerando factores como históricos de ventas, tendencias del mercado y eventos especiales que puedan afectar el consumo.
- Realizar visitas a clientes para llevar a cabo reuniones, inspecciones o cualquier actividad relacionada con el servicio o producto ofrecido por la empresa.
- Adherirse y seguir todas las normativas y protocolos de seguridad y prevención de riesgos laborales establecidos por la empresa para garantizar un entorno de trabajo seguro para todos los empleados.
- Seguir y aplicar todos los procedimientos, políticas y estándares establecidos en el sistema de gestión integrado de la empresa, que puede abarcar aspectos de calidad, medio ambiente, salud y seguridad ocupacional, entre otros.

**¿Qué esperamos de ti?**
- Ingeniería Civil Industrial, Comercial o afín.
- Al menos cinco años de experiência y dos años en planta productiva administrando cartera de clientes (excluyente).
- Conocimiento de la industria acuícola.
- Manejo de SAP.
- Office nível intermedio.
- Modalidad presencial en Puerto Montt.
