Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Puerto Montt for a Technical Staff position. The Technical Staff member will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, assisting customers, and ensuring effective communication.

The role involves daily tasks such as diagnosing technical problems, offering solutions to clients, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Eventually Technical Staff ahould support internal customers, and assist on the field for equipment deployments or supporting.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities
  • Availability to work on the field when required
  • Technical Support expertise and effective Communication skills
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Relevant technical experience related to IT, basic electronics, equipment assembling, software tools like virtualization, ssh, comm, linux are a plus
  • Experience in the aquaculture industry or a related field is beneficial
