**What You'll Do***
- Lead strategic projects across multiple countries, identifying and crafting levers to drive user engagement in LATAM.
- Work on product rollouts: you will work with our Product teams to experiment and rollout products in LATAM.
- Analytics: you will analyse user engagement through different channels and build reports to be presented to senior leadership.
- Data-driven decision making: you will use data every day to own your decision making process, as well as to generate insights and recommendations.
- Stakeholder management & teamwork: you will build credibility and deliver value to the local operation teams, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in the whole LATAM region

**What You'll Need**
- **Educational Background**: We encourage those with a Bachelor's or Master's Degree, especially in fields like Economics, Business, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Proficiency in SQL is a must, enabling us to handle data efficiently.
- **Analytical Expertise**: We value deep analytical skills, including extracting insights from data, summarize, and present key findings optimally.
- Superb skills in handling stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration and communication.
- **Collaborative Spirit**: The ability to work collaboratively and navigate efficiently in dynamic and sometimes ambiguous situations is key.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for clear and effective interactions.
- Understanding experimental design, such as A/B testing, and statistical methods, like the Incrementality Concept, is highly appreciated. Previous experience with A/B testing enriches our team's capabilities in making data-driven decisions.
- Experience with Excel/GSheet and proficiency in dashboarding/data visualization tools are important for our work.
- **Multitasking Ability**: The capability to run multiple projects simultaneously is highly valued, ensuring we stay on track and efficient.
- **Excellent Problem-Solving Skills**, with an interest in structuring challenges into concrete action plans.
- **Python Proficiency, **allowing for more sophisticated data analysis and automation processes.
