**Role Description**:Provides professional representation in a given territory, which includes the managing of the key accounts customers, offering our financing products with the best structure and conditions that fits company needs in order to achieve the sales goals.. Initiates and develops good customer relations through explaining initial transaction quotations to customers, collecting customer credit information, answering technical questions, evaluating and attempting to meet competitive offerings, and obtaining final customer acceptance of transactions.

**Basic Qualifications**:
Education: 4-year university degree or equivalent diploma in Business Administration, Civil Engineer, Finance area or Accounting.

**Experience**:Working experience as a Territory Manager with Cat Financial or similar position (Account Manager) with another finance organization (banks, finance leasing companies or captive companies ). Working experience can be replaced with a minimum of 3 years experience in credit, customer services, collections, marketing, and/or financial statement analysis.

**Skills**:1- Advance negotiation skills to manage dealer relationship and challenging situations with highly demanding customers. 2. Ability to work under pressure and properly manage dealer/customer expectations with internal company requirements/ processes. 3.Strong financial knowledge of our financing products to offer our customers the best financial solution that fit their needs

**Language**:Advanced English skills.

1. Thorough knowledge of financing and leasing products.

2. Thorough knowledge of credit and documentation procedures, processes and operations.

4. Demonstrated ability to quote different financial structures to negotiate acceptable pricing and terms on transactions.

5. Demonstrated ability to analyze the financial status of customers.

6. Demonstrated ability to define finance/lease markets.

7. Ability to drive a car or adequately arrange for transportation to and from dealerships, customer sites, etc.

8. Knowledge of Caterpillar dealer organizations.
