- Responsible for the full cycle of Recruiting, sourcing, selection and assessment of Front Line positions in Chile, guaranteeing the attraction and hiring of the appropriate technical and operative work force that make the best fit with PepsiCo’s needs, culture and values.
- Responsible por ensuring the publication of vacant positins through the correct communication channels such as external job websites, Universities and internal platforms.
- Ensure the correct filtering of Curriculums, telephone pre-screening and
- Individual or group interviews.
- Provide support and execution on regional/global projects assigned by TA Lead Chile.
- Promote communication with Universities and Professional Institutions, ensuring participation in job portals, Recruitment forums, talks, job fairs, etc., in order to attract and engage technical and professionals and promote PepsiCo's Employer Value Proposition & Employer Brand “Possibilities”.
- Develop working relationships with multiple stakeholders, including functional hiring managers and HR partner(s), in order to foster partnerships that yield consistent alingment.
- Support the standardization of Reporting & Analytics Process by ensuring flawless execution
- Responsible for communication with the outsourcing company and the professionals assigned to each project. It monitors that the work is well executed and it reports any issue to the direct supervisor.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- University degree in Human Resources, Psychology or similar,
- Experience and training on recruitment & selection of massive vacant positions / Interview by Competencies and psychological/psychometricl tests and assessments
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Recruiting full cycle of massive positions
- Experience in posting, recruiting and executing individual and group interviews Experience sourcing through Social Networks - Job Fairs and job portals
- Results Oriented
- Ability to work under pressure from different sources
- Effective planning/Priority setting/follow up
- Ability to work and communicate effectively
- Strong criteria, analytical capability and confidentiality management
- Strong interpersonal skills
