This lead position will manage all the Brand Environment initiatives, from strategy to execution, and will be responsible of maximizing the brand value by improving the customers’ experience at the store. The applicant must be able to provide our stores with all the necessary tools and knowledge to create and maintain a friendly and inviting environment that motivates customers to explore it.

Activities:

- Supervise the VM activities, all the way to the implementation of adjustments in the store
- Install window displays and guarantee the enforcement of the VM guidelines
- Develop execution programs that support Global Strategy’s Brand Experience
- Lead the opening, remodelling, and closure of stores
- Adapt the global directions and lead the local implementation
- Create marketing guides
- Oversee sales numbers and the performance indicators to make product-based decisions
- Establish close communication with the teams on new products, changes in merchandising, and make suggestions on sold out products
- Develop training manuals
- Use digital tools for training programs
- Manage budgets
