**Position Purpose**:
Lead the activities related to Storage and Distribution for Sandoz. Responsible for the site Master Data processes aimed to ensure accurate and timely creation and maintenance of the master data in the ERP System, in accordance with local and global requirements. The Material Planner drives the tactical purchasing process for all materials to ensure materials availability and execution plan feasibility in accordance with Site inventory policy.**Your responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
**Warehouse & Distribution**:

- Manage all 3PL activities for the country an ensure the reliability of the information reflected in the system SAP with third-party systems stock.
- Coordinate the process of: reception, traceability, storage, preparation, Distribution, Returns and Destruction of products finished and medical samples assuring a flow that guarantees the quality and optimize costs in these operations.
- Lead the activities of customs broker from the process of selection and tender of the service to the measurement of key indicators. Act as facilitator in the audits (QA, W & D, GMP's, SOX, HSE, etc.), provide all the required information and execute the plans of action raised in the audit reports. Ensure compliance with administrative processes and controls referred to W & D according to the guidelines of the In Control process.
- Manage the Material Master and the movements in the warehouses. Comply and enforce the staff in charge with all the practices, programs and procedures related to the protection of Health, Safety and the Environment. Manage backlog and backorders between the Site and customers / next supply points and ensures direct communication with Customer and internal and external stakeholders.

**Demand Planning**:

- Ensure monthly S&BP process meetings are held on time and with all key players (Product Review, Demand Review & Supply Review). Ensure forecast is updated in forecast tools (Future cast, SAP) in monthly cycles.
- Ensure local material master data integrity complying with Global Master Data processes and related SOPs.

**Supply Planning**:

- Order follow up to ensure timely replenishments with all key players (sites, LCI, hub, Customs brokers).
- Provide visibility to QA team regarding material arrivals & coverage, prioritize & ensure material availability at HMO.

**Minimum requirements**

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- At least 3 years of experience in Warehouse, Demand, and Supply areas.
- Experience using SAP.
- Background in Engineering or Foreign Trade is desirable.
- Knowledge of logistics operator interfaces.
- English at an advanced level.
