**Summary**:
**IT Support Associate Responsibilities**:
- Company global IT support, inquiry escalation, and Help Desk ticket management
- Internal liaison to company IT MSP
- Drive the technical onboarding and offboarding of new non-U.S. employees
- Remote asset purchasing, and configuration
- Physical asset management and provisioning
- Inventory management, audit and reconciliation
- Provide timely and accurate communication to your team and stakeholders of important updates or procedural changes
- May have responsibility for purchasing IT equipment and monitoring within an approved budget
- Support other IT team members in projects and deliverables as needed
- Cloud and network assistance.
**IT Support Associate Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience supporting Windows and/or Mac Operating systems in a corporate setting
- 2+ years of experience in the set up and installation of computer and networking equipment in a professional environment
- IT service management, help desk project management, and device inventory management skills
- Fluent in English with excellent English written and verbal skills and proven ability to communicate technical aptitudes with non-technical staff
- Ability to prioritize and make decisions independently in a fast-paced environment, based on team and company objectives
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Advanced knowledge in one or more technology systems (e.g., cloud computing, internet, network, software, systems)
**Nice to Have**
- Associate in Computer Science or related field or experience equivalent.
- AWS, Network, or other IT industry standard certifications.
- Comfortable working within Google, Microsoft, and Slack systems

**This position is hybrid - but primarily remote.** Kongregate is a remote company and while your position would be remote the majority of the time, you would be required to perform work from our Chilean office at least some of the time, as it pertains to the storage and configuration of company-owned equipment and in-person desktop support.
