Could you help improve healthcare outcomes around the world?
**Your Key Accountabilities**:
- Processes for issuing and receiving electronic tax documents (Invoices and Dispatch Guides).
- Entry and export of products / coordination with customs agency and COMEX process.
- Coordination with logistics operators: Inbound - Outbound.
- Sales inventory planning - SOP (APO-MRP).
- Maintenance and monitoring of management indicators.
- Notification of dispatches to clients.
**Experience and Qualifications**:
- Experience in coordination processes with logistics operators (Must)
- Experience in coordination processes with the Customs Agency and import processes. (Must)
- Experience in inventory planning. (Must)
- Experience in implementing new processes and process improvements.
- Experience in implementation of electronic invoice.
- 5 years experience
- English Language (intermediate level) - not exclusive.
- Administrator / Industrial Engineer or related career.
- SAP or similar ERP Management (Must)
- Excel Management. (Must)
