**About the role**:
In this role, you'll support the Merchant Growth Manager on company-level planning, commercial execution and project management of various cross-functional initiatives. You will participate in the day-to-day operations of one of the major businesses in Merama, working closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders, learning all about e-commerce in Latam while you are at it.

**We are looking for someone who has**:

- University degree preferred in Business Administration, Engineering or Finance.
- Are based in Chile.
- 2 years Experience in generating complex analytic models from scratch.
- 2 years as an analyst in retail, ecommerce, consulting or similar role in a high-growth company.
- Intermediate English Level.

**Desirable qualifications**:

- Business analysis.
- Ability to work in collaboration with teams.
- Strong quantitative skills and an ability to get actionable insights from data.
- Financial or business background: planning & analysis, forecasting and budgeting, M&A/Joint Ventures financial modelling, analysing large sets of data.
- A team player that is willing to roll up their sleeves and get the job done.
- Experience working with Looker or DataStudio.
