**The Role***:
Driven by the passion to improve quality of people’s lives, WS Audiology continues to grow as market leader in the hearing aid industry, by bringing innovation and best quality in our products. With our growth ambition, we are looking for a **Product and Audiology Trainer** based in **Santiago / Chile** to cover our Latin American region (LATAM) with key focus in customer education, new product introduction and retail excellence.
Your responsibilities will include in detail the following:
- Accountable for customer education and product knowledge in the LATAM region
- Education of the technologies behind our hearing systems and our fitting software
- Running training seminars online, at events and at the distributors’ place of business
- Enabling our customers to fit WS Audiology hearing aids in all price levels - with a strong focus on upselling of our premium technologies
- Working close with related sales and marketing team members to maximize business efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Working close with our international training team members to continuously improve our training approach
**That is you**:
You are an outgoing and ambitious individual, with strong business acumen in developing and executing product training. You display strong communication and interpersonal ability to work with people. Creativity, attention to detail, and a collaborative attitude are among your strengths.
The following profile describes you in detail:
- Your an experienced accredited audiologist who is ready to learn even more.
- You have several years experience as a trainer in audiology (Being worked in a hearing aid retail organization would be an advantage but not a must)
- You have a clear and concise written and oral communication style, in **Spanish **and **English**:
- You have strong organization skills in planning, scheduling, and executing training and events
- You are customer-oriented in understanding customers’ preferences and feedback
- Passion for quality and efficiency and a strong “can-do” attitude and entrepreneurial drive, extrovert persistence are your ambitions
- Working with teams in an international matrix structure is what you like
- Ethics, confidence, managing ambiguity and being open to change and learning
- You have advanced experiences in PowerPoint
- Traveling in the LATAM region is fine for you (around 30% travel time)
