Tu Misión:
Como **Sp Refractive Surgical**, serás el principal punto de contacto con cirujanos y profesionales de la salud visual en tu territorio asignado. Tu misión será impulsar el crecimiento de nuestra línea de productos, construyendo relaciones sólidas y generando un impacto significativo en el mercado**.**
**Algunas Responsabilidades Incluyen**:
- Vender, promover y asesorar sobre nuestros productos y equipos de la línea, visitando y desarrollar cirujanos en nuevas técnicas y tecnologías de cirugía refractiva.
- Implementar estrategias para impulsar el tratamiento personalizado en cirugías refractivas, desarrollando y ejecutando planes de negocio para alcanzar los objetivos de ventas.
- Mantener y desarrollar relaciones sólidas con cirujanos y profesionales de la salud para así analizar, generar e interpretar informes de ventas para optimizar estrategias.
- Colaborar con Gerentes de Ventas y Marketing para alinear estrategias y compartir mejores prácticas y maximizar y detectar oportunidades de negocio.
- Liderar el lanzamiento de nuevas tecnologías y realizar capacitaciones para clientes.
- Monitorear tendencias del mercado y competencia, ajustando estrategias según sea necesario.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con equipos internos para un enfoque integrado.
- Estudios Superiores en salud (Med Veterinario, Tecnologo médico, EU (deseable posgrado en Administración o Marketing).
- Experiência mínima de al menos 3 años en venta y promoción de equipos médicos de alta tecnología, idealmente en oftalmología y cirugía refractiva.
- Conocimientos sólidos de óptica, biometría.
- Habilidad para desarrollar y ejecutar planes de negocio con una fuerte orientación comercial, habilidades de negociación, comunicación y capacidad para construir relaciones.
- Inglés intermedio/avanzado
- Conocimiento del mercado de salud visual en Chile y Cono sur es un plus.
- Disponibilidad para viajes
