Important company dedicated to the field of high quality products, is in search of its HR Manager, the commune of Las Condes, Metropolitan Region

What functions do we expect the HR Manager to perform?
- Direct and supervise the work of the personnel in charge, contributing to improve the quality of work, in order to obtain the maximum performance and individual contribution, within a motivating and productive work environment.
- People control and management: team management (medical leaves, attendance, controls, policy compliance).
- Control personnel documentation and calculate compensation, settlements and any activity inherent to the human resources department.
- Supervise the cleaning and reception management.
- Participate in the decisions made regarding the identification and traceability of the company's services to the internal client
- Control compliance with the legal provisions in force, the regulations and instructions of the company and those of the constituent companies.
- Management and administration of agreements and employee retention plans
- Mapping and total management of compensations and benefits, implementation and administration of salary bands.

What knowledge should you have?
- Experiene 5 years
- Management of systems associated with the function (Human Resources, Budgets, Compensations, Benefits, Organizational Development, Performance Evaluation, Assessment Centers, Pay Roll)
- Human resources management.
- Handling of Labor Laws (Labor Code)
- SENCE Franchise Management
- Softland system management
- English language proficiency
