**Your Role**

We are currently looking to recruit a Project Manager within Project Delivery Andes Unit. The Project manager will be responsible for the pre-execution during development and execution phase of large-scale infrastructure renewable projects in Chile & Peru. The role will report to the Delivery Director Andes.

During project execution the role will also report The Project Owner Representative.

**Your Activities Will Include**
- Manage several projects in a portfolio from pre-execution phase or single projects in execution depending on size and complexity, this includes organizing, leading, and ensuring effective management and administration of the Projects.
- Coordination of project team including external consultants, contractors, and service providers.
- Reporting on projects status to project Owner Representative/management according to company governance.
- Implementing the Health, Safety and Environmental requirements and ensure HSE monitoring and reporting.
- Ensure and manage planning & environmental permit conditions for the project, including stakeholder management.
- Implementing and ensuring the anti-corruption prevention and reporting according to The Statkraft Way.
- Ensure internal communication, co-operation, and co-ordination between the different staff members of the Project and with other parties with interface to the Project (Asset Owner, HR and Corporate).
- Ensure efficient and regular project meetings and recording of minutes and agreed actions.
- Ensure the tendering processes for main contracts are performed and completed within the time schedule for the projects.
- Manage the inputs from technical design team to finalize the design of the projects.
- Ensure continuous planning and follow up of cost, time and quality using Statkraft internal tools for, project reporting, safety, contract management, risk management etc.

**Requisitos**:
**Your Profile**
- University degree in engineering, specializing in electrical, construction or similar. It is a plus to have an MBA.
- At least 8 years of professional work of experience in a Wind projects (Chile, Peru or abroad) managing renewable energy development projects with a proven track record of delivering renewable/large scale infrastructure projects through construction.
- Demonstrated experience in the construction processes and environmental assessments of wind, solar, Battery & other renewable energy projects.
- Demonstrated experience of having full responsibility for management of project budgets and schedules from early-stage development to construction.
- Strong technical understanding of renewable energy technology with experience of contracts and technical appendices for main technology supply contracts.
- Strong constructive mind-set and high level of initiative and motivation.
- Reliable team player with excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Flexible, accurate and capable of further developing the business.
- Desirable certifications and courses; PMP Certification, CAD or BIM tools, Quality Management.
- Understanding of a multinational company context and dynamics in terms of governance, accountability, communication.
- Availability to travel 30% up to 50% of the time
