- Develops and ensures implementation of high-quality global recruitment, interviewing, selection, and strategic recruiting processes.
- Conduct recruitment strategy meetings with hiring managers to have a full understanding of the hiring need
**Responsibilities**:
- A key member of the Talent Acquisition team - responsible for driving best practice and key initiatives globally and within the function, acting as advisor and specialist on various key projects and initiatives
- Participate in region-specific special projects which may require research, gathering data, and preparing Excel and PowerPoint documents
- Use creativity and inspiration to brainstorm new ideas to attract talent for various geographies
- May, on occasion, be required to perform duties related to team event planning and directing local team members to the appropriate person to answer their questions.
- Self-starter who demonstrates ease with ambiguity and can excel in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment
**Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) or equivalent experience
- Must have excellent verbal and written English skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in Talent Acquisition with at least 3 years dedicated to recruiting
- Applicant Tracking System experience
- Talent Acquisition experience, including sourcing, screening, coordinating, hiring, and reporting
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities/projects and proven ability to develop business relationships.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
