Estamos buscando un Adminitrativo de Bodega_ _para unirse a nuestro equipo.
Con sede en Ciudad de Santiago de Chile, reportando al Jefe de logística, usted será responsable de dar apoyo a todas las tareas operativas y administrativas que se requieren en los procesos de Ingreso, almacenaje, devolución y distribución, también como soporte directo en el cumplimiento de los planes diario de despacho, para mercado local, retail, proyectos y exportaciones.
Principales **Responsabilidades**:
01 Realizar agendamientos de entrega a clientes.
02 Participar activamente en los programas de formación e informar de cualquier asunto asociado a temas de calidad, seguridad y medio ambiente (Incidentes, producto no conforme, falla de máquinas, riesgos potenciales, eventos ambientales, casi-incidente).
03 Revisión y carga de ASN en portal online de clientes.
04 Liderar los procesos de despacho y picking de forma diaria reportando las desviaciones.
05 Control en el cumplimiento de programa de despacho diario, reportando a su jefe directo ante cualquier desviación
06 Participar en inventarios cíclicos, semestrales y mensuales.
07 Programar preparación de cortes y coordinar su correcta ejecución.
08 Dar apoyo en el correcto ingreso de los productos de planta e importados, verificando que son productos conformes.
09 Asegurar el cumplimiento de tareas encomendadas por jefatura directa, además de velar por el correcto uso de herramientas y maquinarias.
10 Cumplir los requisitos de seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente corporativos, propios de la empresa y establecidos en las normas OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 aplicables al área.
¿A quién buscamos?
Buscamos un trabajador con las siguientes habilidades:
- Formación académica relacionada a logística o administración. (Técnico superior o Ingeniería)
- Más de dos años de experiência en cargos relacionados
- Manejo de sistema Sap o WMS.
- Conocimientos en procesos logísticos.
- Conocimiento políticas y procedimientos de seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente de la compañía.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en turno de noche.
