Estamos buscando a Despachadores para unirse a nuestro equipo.

Con sede en Ciudad de Santiago de Chile, reportando al Supervisor de Despacho, usted será responsable de realizar las actividades asociadas a los procesos de picking, recepción, manipulación, almacenamiento, embalaje y despacho de productos terminados de acuerdo a los procedimientos operativos y de seguridad establecidos, para satisfacer los requerimientos de los clientes.

Principales Responsabilidades

  • Ingresar y almacenar correctamente los productos terminados, según procedimiento vigente.
  • Operar maquina fraccionadora, apiladores y grúas de acuerdo con los procedimientos y normas vigentes.
  • Preparar perdidos según programa diario que será entregado por el líder de despacho.
  • Asegurar que se realice un chequeo cruzado a todo material preparado, completando los checklist definidos
  • Emitir guías de despacho y cargar camiones
  • Tomar inventarios
  • Velar por el correcto uso de herramientas y maquinarias Cumplir con las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente de la compañía.
  • Liderar la seguridad en el puesto de trabajo, mantener una conducta segura y comprometerse con su seguridad y llevarla más allá de la compañía.

¿A quién buscamos?

Buscamos un trabajador con las siguientes habilidades:

  • Licenciatura Educación Media o Técnico Educación Media
  • 1 a 2 años de experiencia en cargos relacionados     
  • Conocimientos de picking, embalaje, recepción, despacho y carga de camiones, manejo de apilador eléctrico y grúa horquilla de 2 hasta 7 toneladas.
  • Licencia clase D.
  • Conocimiento políticas y procedimientos de seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente de la compañía.
  • Deseable experiencia en manipulación de cargas de alto tonelaje.
Overview and Main Functions

We are looking for Dispatchers to join our team.

Based in Santiago de Chile, reporting to the Dispatch Supervisor, you will be responsible for carrying out activities related to the processes of picking, receiving, handling, storage, packaging, and dispatch of finished products in accordance with established operational and safety procedures, to meet customer requirements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Correctly enter and store finished products according to current procedures.
  • Operate fractioning machines, stackers, and forklifts in compliance with current procedures and standards.
  • Prepare orders according to the daily schedule provided by the dispatch leader.
  • Ensure that all prepared material undergoes a cross-check, completing the defined checklists.
  • Issue dispatch guides and load trucks.
  • Take inventories.
  • Ensure proper use of tools and machinery.
  • Comply with the company's safety, quality, and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Lead safety in the workplace, maintain safe behavior, commit to your own safety, and take it beyond the company.
Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a worker with the following skills:

  • High School Diploma or Technical High School Education.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in related positions.
  • Knowledge of picking, packaging, receiving, dispatching, and truck loading; handling electric stackers and forklifts from 2 to 7 tons.
  • Class D license.
  • Knowledge of the company's safety, quality, and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Preferably experience in handling heavy loads.
