Responsible for creating and executing upon data strategy activities within the company including: data exchange development, data acquisition, proactive data improvements, metadata creation and management, data stewardship and core data governance functions.

**What you’ll do**:

- Accountable for data platforms, programs and processes across sizable data assets.
- Presents complex business problems and their solutions to senior leadership, regulators or customers.
- Proactively identify and research new sources of data, perform data quality studies and SLA monitoring.
- Translate the business strategy and requirements from BU, Sales, Product and D&A Leadership to create data development strategies.
- Uses specialized knowledge depth to design plans to identify and source data in alignment with published data roadmap.
- Leads and develops team of experienced staff.
- Manages the team to deliver design execution plans that identify and source data in alignment with published data roadmap

**What experience you need**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of data management experience.
- Experience in managing technology or data projects (8years).
- Advanced level of at least one programming language.
- Medium - high level of oral and written English.
