Position Summary:
The Marketing Executive supports the Brand Manager on the development and in-market execution of the annual marketing plan with the overall aim of achieving Distributor Markets objectives. In addition, the role will assist in portfolio analysis and analytics consistent with local and global direction.

**Responsibilities**:
**Universal Accountabilities**
- Evaluates feasibility, develops plans and executes consumer promotions for Distributor Markets into Autocare category.
- Close collaboration with commercial teams to support visibility and distribution opportunities.
- Support Brand Manager in defining the portfolio ranging needs by channel and market through deep category understanding and quantitative analysis.
- Supports Brand Manager in A&P management, vendor management.

**Specific Accountabilities**
- Supports Brand Manager in development and execution of annual marketing plan cascaded by International.
- Support Brand Manager in execution of activities during key weeks to deliver volume, net sales and big bets.
- Manage close relationships with BTL and digital agencies to ensure local planning and successful execution of POS activations.
- Works functionally with commercial, supply chain, category management and finance to ensure flawless and on time execution of marketing initiatives.
- Collates and provides smart portfolio analysis that emerges into an analytical proposal.
- Supports the Brand Manager in budget management, reporting, PO creation and reconciliation.
- Sense of urgency to identify new competitive environments.
- Perform additional projects across the EHI portfolio as assigned.

What we are looking for:

- Degree required with preference on Business, Marketing.
- Minimum 2 years business experience.
- High level of computer skills in Microsoft Office.
- Highly proficient English language skills, along with Spanish (mandatory).

Preferred Skills and Experience:

- CPG background preferred.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen.
- Knowledge of Trade Marketing will be preferred.
- SAP knowledge.
