LDA esta en la búsqueda de un Country Buisness Unit Manager, que estará a cargo del negocio de productos de la organización en los mercados de Chile y Perú.

Este profesional será responsable de desarrollar e implementar la estrategia para incrementar la participación de mercado de LDA en el segmento de motores, VDF y soluciones de accionamiento eléctrico.

Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades
- Definir las tecnologías de motores y VDF, que serán utilizadas en los mercados de Chile y Perú
- Entrenar a la fuerza de ventas de Siemens LDA
- Promover en el mercado de Chile y Perú el portfolio de SIEMENS LDA
- Analizar los mercados potenciales de LDA
- Ser la interfaz entre las fábricas de LDA y las organizaciones de Chile y Perú
- Ser responsable del profit and loss de la unidad de productos
- Reportar al CEO de Siemens LDA el negocio de productos
- Mantener una constante coordinación y cooperación con las unidades de soluciones y customer services de LDA.
- Incorporar las soluciones digitales generadas en la oferta del portfolio de LDA

Requisitos del profesional requerido:

- Tener un título universitario en Ingeniería Eléctrica - Ingeniería Civil electronica afín
- Experiência en los mercados de minería y celulosa
- Conocimiento en máquinas eléctricas y electrónica de potencia
- Experiência en cargos equivalentes de al menos 7 años
- Manejo de Ingles avanzado (escrito y hablado)
- Disponibilidad para viajes nacionales e internacionales
