**EOS CLIENT ACQUISITION LEAD**
**Problem-Solving Integrator - EOS Implementation Growth**
**Job Title**: EOS Client Acquisition Lead
**Location**: Remote (Outside U.S.)
**Schedule**: Full-Time, Flexible Hours
**Compensation**: $1,250-$1,750/month base + Performance bonuses (targeting $3k-$5k/month total comp)
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
You'll spearhead the growth of a Professional EOS (Entrepreneurial operating system) Implementer's practice, taking full ownership of scaling from current state to 20 active clients within 12 months. This means orchestrating 100 paid EOS sessions at $4,000-$6,000 per session through strategic lead generation, relationship building, and conversion optimization.
You'll leverage cutting-edge AI tools and proven sales methodologies to identify, engage, and convert high-value prospects. This isn't just lead generation; you're building a sustainable client acquisition engine that drives real business impact.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Sales Process Management**:_Follow up with prospects and move leads through defined sales funnel. Book and coordinate intro calls with qualified prospects. Support the founder through the sales process with prospect research and preparation
- **Pipeline & Reporting**:_Monitor pipeline metrics and maintain CRM accuracy. Submit comprehensive weekly progress reports. Track conversion rates and optimize outreach strategies
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) - written and spoken communication skills
- Proven experience with AI tools for content creation and automation
- Hands-on experience with CRM and outreach tools (or ability to learn quickly)
- Problem ownership mentality: solution-focused, autonomous, and persistent
- Experience working with founders, coaches, or entrepreneurs
- Familiarity with coaching or consulting sales processes
- Calendar and CRM management experience
- **Plus**:Knowledge of EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) or similar business frameworks
**TOOLS & SOFTWARE**
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator + Apollo.io for lead sourcing
- ChatGPT + Jasper for message scripting and personalization
- Calendly for appointment scheduling
- GoHighLevel or Pipedrive for CRM management
**KPIs / SUCCESS METRICS**
- 10+ booked intro calls per week
- 1-2 new client signings per month
- 80% CRM accuracy and completeness
- Weekly reports submitted by Friday EOD
