**We're looking for a Shopper Insights Client Manager **You will be leading a team of around 10 consultant and will manage more than 20 clients that are Consumer Packed Goods (CPGs)/Manufactures. You are responsible of increasing the number of clients, and building strong relationships with the retailer, make them work align with their strategy in a collaborative manner, so the strength category growth. You are responsible to generate incremental sales and deliver value to your clients and retailer. Develop a deep understanding of the client organization, their strategies and objectives to developed an action plan aligned with the retailer's. Develop insight solutions to client opportunities through accurate, creative and actionable shopper insights from dunnhumby's tools (data analysis & strategic consultancy), developing the short-term and the long-term of the strategy of each client.
**What we expect from you**
- Experience working in CPGs(Consumer packaged goods) / Manufactures, Retailer or Consultant company (10+ years of experience)
- Experience in Business Analytics, Reading and understanding of consumer data and transforming it to insight to action (Retail and/or Manufacturer)
- Commercial experience
- Building strong and effective relationships with stakeholders of different levels at current and prospective clients (Retailer and CPGs)
- Proactive looking new ways of incrementing new products, innovation and new accounts
- Compromise and liability to track results and engage people / focus in results
- 5+ years Experience leading a team - developing and coaching the team
