Business Transformation Content Specialist

LOCATION

SAN RAMON

Specific responsibilities include:

- Partner closely with BT leadership/team members, Corporate Communications, ATI and Marketing to create materials regarding the company’s technology initiatives, with an emphasis on meeting presentations.
- Capture senior and executive leadership’s thoughts and ideas and turn them into compelling presentations and visual materials.
- Assist in creation of executive level presentations.
- Deliver best-in-class copy and design elements, as well as adjust materials for specific audiences.
- Develop visually strong infographics that convey a clear message.
- Easily shape presentation and visual content from notes, remarks, and other communications
- Demonstrate design and layout aesthetics.
- Actively participate in project meetings, take notes and help manage follow ups, scheduling, etc.
- Ability to work on multiple projects at a time prioritize and organize own work to meet tight deadlines.
- Lead efforts to collect project updates, summarize next steps, maintain timelines, format and distribute content, and manage content repositories.
- Collaborate with international team to ensure global focus, when necessary.
- Create and maintain workflows to ensure key updates are pulled through all related materials.
- Partner to create new as well as maintain existing content on BT site - Launchpad.

Qualifications:

- AA required, BA/BS preferred.
- 3+ years of professional experience in materials development or administrative roles.
- Experience engaging with program owners and leaders in a technology organization.
- Highly Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint), particularly with PowerPoint. Photoshop or Canva experience a plus, but not a requirement.
- Expert writing skills
- Sharp consulting skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding judgment and interpersonal skills.
- Detailed and customer-service oriented; work well in team environment.
- Must communicate effectively and persuasively with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and demonstrate creativity, flexibility and proactive approach.
