Te ofrecemos un ambiente flexible y dinámico en donde tendrás tu espacio para crecer personal y profesionalmente. ¿Suena interesante? **Entonces unite a nuestro equipo como ** **Tu mission y responsabilidades**: Management - Ensure project execution excellence, quality, timing and profitability wise - Responsible to develop and define Revenue Execution Forecast processes, execution and final outcomes - Responsible for promoting and living the culture of Contract Administration throughout the life cycle of projects - PMO Productivity enabler / Champion - Responsible for Local Margin Improvements through Productivity and competitiveness initiatives and programs - Lead the Project Management Group - Be the preferred coach; provide guidance and support to the PM team - Responsible for the overall result of technical implementations - Be the strategic business partner for HBA's and HBH's - Defines, supports and evaluates results of the Project Management group, in line with the business priorities and customer needs - Ensures Professional Development of the PM group, including training, career path, certifications, etc. Customer Management - Create and develop valuable relationships with customers and business partners, being the company’s key reference for Project Management (execution and consulting) - Be the “Problem Solver” for Customers and execute actions to improve customer experience during the project life cycle - Ensure customer experience and maximum satisfaction - Guide the Project Management Team from a back office to a front end function, being the face of Siemens Healthineers during Project Life Cycle - Implement and manage KPI’s. Constantly providing valuable information and transparency to external and internal customers - Implement actions for a continuous improvement culture and operational excellence Finance Management - Responsible for the Company’s Revenue Plan and Execution - Responsible for the local sales margin according to established budgets - Be the leading actor in the creation of actions that are transformed into productivity and efficiency - Responsible for monitoring financial indicators during the execution of projects, identifying opportunities for improvement and productivity, as well as defining the corresponding action plans. Proposal/Contract Management - Assigns projects to Project Managers according to process, and ensures their participation in associated milestone meetings - Detects opportunities for improvement and knowledge within the PM team, and ensures such opportunities are resolved - Acts as support/escalation in terms of Contract Management, as needed. Risk & Opportunity Management - Detects opportunities for improvement and knowledge within the PM team, and ensures such opportunities are resolved. - Consolidates a Risk Management overview, engage and reports it to upper management, and other areas according to the proper escalation processes - Acts as support/escalation in terms of Risk Management, as needed. Purchasing and Logistics - Collaborates in selection and continuous evaluation of subcontractors/suppliers, according to customer and market requirements - Monitors the performance of the subcontractors/suppliers, and propose improvement actions if and when needed. - Detects common issues with faulty suppliers, and requests action plans to related parties (e.g. purchasing, logistics, etc.) Quality and Continuous Improvement - Monitors compliance on Quality requirements, such as Lessons Learned, CAPA, 2.
