Team Overview:
Role Responsibilities:
- Strategic thinking Analytical skills Excellent time-management Organizational habits;
- Think out of the box You will be constantly seeking solutions that scale, while overseeing the growth of our business;
- You will contribute directly to DiDi growth in Chile, Argentina and Peru (South Cone).
- Building and updating dashboards (SQL and Python are nice to have) that are considered our main data source to make our decisions.
- Creating and analyzing experiments to implement the best strategies to attract new passengers Present weekly reports of the results to the Operation and Growth team;
- Ensuring colaboration with our finance, marketing and product management teams to improve operational productivity & user experience.
- Balancing attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well.
Role Qualifications:
Previous professional experience, or international experience, or volunteering.
Medium level of verbal and written English.
Basic Knoledge of HTML Intermediate knowledge of web, needs to be comfortable searching for infirmation online, navigating pages, etc.
Needs to like web businesses Needs to have the ability and discipline (with clear examples) to learn something by him/her self by watching tutotials in youtube, reading blogs, books, etc.
