We're helping one of our clients, **Remote Latinos**, hire for a **Sales Closer Superstar.**

Compensation**:USD8 - 10/hour.**
+ Bonuses (up to 3% of base compensation).
Location**:Remote (for Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, Venezuela, Cuba, Dominican Republic, and Spain residents).**
Skills**:Proficient in real estate sales, sales management, and acquisition management.**
Responsibilities and more:
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential sellers and negotiate deals.
- Analyze market data to determine property value.
- Guide clients through the sales process.
- Conduct role-plays to improve sales strategies.
- Schedule follow-up appointments with leads.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Sales experience in the US market.
- Knowledge of real estate industry practices.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
Pay: $7,300 - $9,200 per hour
