If you always were the person who organized trips and barbecues with your friends, you are a fan of Marie Kondo (and Marie from Cornershop too) and everything indicated that you end up in Administration, this position may be ideal for you.
**What will you do?**:
- Be responsible for manual inputs of New hires, termination, off-cycle process, leave of absence, advanced payments and vacation process.
- Manage the employee support ticketing system and ensure SLA’s.
- Require daily payroll payments.
- Payroll audit support.
- Support timely and accurate end-to-end, on-cycle payroll process.
- Support to keep internal and external payroll processing documentation up to date (e.g., data collection templates, processing schedule, checklist, DTPs, intranet).
**What do you need to succeed?**:
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
- Excellent organization skills with attention to detail and completeness.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- OwnershipSense of urgency.
- Problem solving.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and evolving environment.
- Intermediate English Level
