**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Join Drive the Future internship program in **Chile **if you are a student in your last years of University or recently graduated. This is a** full-time** intern role in which you will receive several trainings & coaching to develop professional skills while experiencing our inclusive culture led by our principles: Service, Hearth, Curiosity, Courage and Excellence. In this opportunity the Human Resources Advisory Support team is looking a new intern.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Advise and provide administrative support to HR Business Advisors, managers and employees on queries relating to HR policies, procedures and benefits
- Support key HR initiatives
- Support practices and policies required to meet the risk and controls environment goal

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

- Graduated on Commercial Engineering, Business Administration
- Advanced English level
- Knowledge of MS Office package
- Ability to handle multiple demands and shifting priorities; operate with a sense of urgency and ambiguity
- Strong written and oral communication skills
