**Value Chain Finance Senior Manager**

Value Chain Finance South America is looking for a VCF senior professional to join our team, with the mandate to actively contribute to expand Rabobank’s footprint in Chile, Peru and other countries in South America as VCF Manager.
As part of Rabobank’s structured lending group, the position’s responsibilities include origination, structuring, and restructuring of deals in the Value Chain Finance space. Additionally, will actively participate in market prospecting and research, adapting structures, and assisting in the development of products. We are looking for a professional who can connect with the global team, work collaboratively, and combine commercial and analytical skills to carry out technical sales, turning ideas and challenges into solutions for clients.
Position is based in Santiago (Chile) and will report to the South America Regional Head of Value Chain Finance and to the local Head of Wholesale.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
The position’s main responsibilities and accountabilities are the following:
- The origination, structuring, and restructuring of deals, including contract negotiations.
- Actively participate in market prospecting and research.
- Contribute in the development of Value Chain Finance products and adaptation of current structures.
- Responsible for portfolio management, including risk analysis and preparing presentations, among other related responsibilities.
- Interaction with various areas of the Rabobank network, clients and external service providers.
**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
It's important that you recognise yourself in the requirements below:
Essential Requirements:
- Professional Degree in Business Administration, Finance and/or Banking.
- Solid knowledge in credit and skills to handle various topics in parallel, as well as steering the deal through all its stages (origination, approval, structuring, execution, and monitoring), are fundamental.
- Commercial skills, autonomy in complex projects, and technical knowledge on structured financial solutions are crucial.
- Availability to travel, mainly within South America is required.
- Full command of English and Spanish, both written and spoken
Desirable (considered a plus):
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience and knowledge of cultural aspects of the region are welcomed.
