The RPA Senior Specialist will execute RPA initiatives by analysing process workflows through the building, testing, and implementing of RPA solutions. The RPA Senior Specialist is expected to be a team player and have an affinity for generating new ideas and initiatives to solve problems by leveraging RPA technologies and techniques. The RPA Senior Specialist should be comfortable working independently and being challenged. They are expected to generate RPA programs and must be a quick learner of business processes and be technically flexible.

**As a Senior Robotic Process Automation Specialist, You Will**

Collaborate & coordinate with other RPA experts, and business users on various RPA & automation initiatives for implementation potential by analyzing and designing process workflows

Implement quality RPA solutions from gathering the requirements, design, documenting, testing, and final deployment, with scalable & reusable RPA components in mind

Leading RPA discovery efforts and working closely with the service provider in the delivery of RPA solutions.

Contribute to building a repository of reusable solutions, and promote the utilization of RPA where possible

**What skills and experiences are we looking for?**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / IT Business Application or whichever is related
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in delivering major business robotic process automation, additional experience creating data automation a plus
- Automation Anywhere (preferred) or UiPath, any RPA software experience is required
- Ability to lead cross-functional and diverse teams informally to deliver results, and manage transversal processes and projects.
- Stakeholder relationship management balancing with customer focus and communication excellence.
- Language skills English (Business Level)
- Multinational organization experience is strongly preferred
- SAP ERP and/or SAP Business Objects experience is a plus
- Must have an aptitude for technology and analysis
- Must be detail-oriented and able to master a large breadth of information
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
- Be flexible with your working schedule as part of a global organization
