You will assist in the development and implementation- of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to budget, accounting, financial- management, and payroll of the employees at the location.

The incumbent for the position is expected to deliver but not limited to on following- responsibilities:
- Analyse profitability across projects to identify opportunities for improving efficiency.- Coordination with our operations and auditors in India and México. You will interact with- the finance team in India to review and complete the monthly and annual corporate- accounting and reconciliations.- Prepare and analyse revenue projections for upcoming quarters and develop trends and- projection for the firm’s finances.- Work with CEO/Leadership team on strategic projects involving financial analysis.- Support Resource Planning & Optimization management to drive operations efficiency.- Prepare special financial reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing account- information and trends.- Develop and implement Revenue Forecasting technique and conduct reviews and- evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.- Maintain compliance with local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new- legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed- actions.- Monitor the compliances on a timely basis with proper reconciliation of data.- Keep an eye on payroll matters with tax deduction when needed, timely receipt of- payment from client with WHT effect (If applicable).- Analyse costs, pricing, variable contributions, and the company's actual performance- compared to the business plans.- Coordinate invoicing and receivables- You will support the local partners, team leaders and other colleagues or stakeholders- across several finance functions within the firm.- You will directly assist the local and teams in all matters under finance and accounting.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related area.- Experience in Analytics Organization preferred.- Comfortable with Advanced excel functions.- Prior experience in Financial Planning and budgeting analysis.- Sound knowledge of Direct and indirect tax compliance (IVA, F29, F50, PPM, etc.).- Knowledge of preparation of financial statements with Audit compliances.- Excited about playing a strategy role within a growing organization.- Analytical mind set, team player and can deliver under pressure.- Self-motivated, disciplined with a “can do” attitude.- Infect peers with enthusiasm and facilitate healthy team interaction.
