**Job Description**:
Position Purpose:
Develop & Coordinate the Argentina & Chile Markets Finance team providing Business support, handling the market strategy and working with the Regional Business Partner and Regional Finance teams to maximize Business performance.

Major / Key Responsibilities:

- Perform Business Partnering in the Argentina & Chile Markets to provide effective Finance support to senior local Business stakeholders
- Coordinate Long Term Planning within the Argentina & Chile Markets to deliver robust strategic plans
- Coordinate the development of the Argentina & Chile Markets Annual Budget and Forecasts to deliver effective performance targets
- Supervise standard and ad-hoc Finance reporting within the Argentina & Chile Markets to efficiently and effectively serve local internal customers
- Work together with Commercial Finance activities conducted in the Argentina & Chile Markets to focus on key customers and driving profitability along with regional team
- Work together with Supply Chain Finance area to focus on improving operational efficiency within the Argentina & Chile Markets along with regional team
- Coordinate the execution of other Business Support & Analysis activities to efficiently serve internal customers
- Responsible for all Finance process for the Argentina & Chile Markets
- People and Leadership: Develop BPS actions plans. Lead, manage, and develop employees within the team.
- Cost Leadership: Coordinate actions for customer profitability and Gross Margin Targets.
- Financial reporting, credibility and opportunity. Avoid financial risk. Responsible of all management reports of the countries, Budget and Forecasts accuracy and opportunity.
- Oversee BU treasury. Impulse Collections and relation with customers to secure DSO, payment of suppliers, bank deposits, factoring, local debt management, dividend payment to Brambles.
- CAPEX: Evaluate and Control Capital Expenditure, Pooling and Non Pooling.
- Seek and develop efficiencies opportunities in all areas.
- Control and implement BRAMBLES best practices, and procedures.
- Supervise local legal activities and BU legal representative. 1st contact with Corporate lawyers and local legal authorities.
- IT Partner: Partner to Global IT to follow implementations and improvements to systems.

Key Stakeholders:
Internal: LATAM South Finance BP & Regional Controllers, Country Manager and BU area heads, Regional teams, Global Audit Team, IT Business Relationship Mgr.

External: Banks, clients, suppliers, contractors, lawyers, professional services. Legal and tax local authorities. PWC, E&Y and Genpact regional Team.

Qualifications:
Business B.A, CPA or Industrial Engineering degree.

**Experience**:

- Extensive experience (5+ years) as Finance manager and leading people.
- Management control, logistic, procurement, value analysis.
- Experience in industrial and multinational companies.
- Experience in matrix organizations.
- Experience in Argentina laws and business models.

Skills and Knowledge:

- English skills, solid finance background. Strong personal management
- Customer and Value creation oriented.
- Performance capacity under pressure.
- High analysis capacity.
- Very high productivity and performance.
- Multiskilling profile.
- SAP/BW knowledge
- Negotiation (Clients, Suppliers, Unions)
- Some experience with local authorities’ relation.
- Capacity to deal with ambiguity.
- High and proved record of Integrity and trust.

Bachelors - Finance

5 - 7 years
